BEACH YOGA

SATURDAYS 8:30AM - 9:30AM

LOCATION: Baginbun Beach, Wexford

Morning beach yoga session on Baginbun Beach running every Saturday morning throughout June - September. This session is suitable for all levels including beginners. Just register yourself and bring a mat or towel to practice on. All beach yoga classes are subject to the weather. Registration essential in case of last minute changes. €10 per class - Revolut or cash on the day.


YIN YOGA

MONDAYS 7:50PM - 8:50PM

LOCATION: The Hall, Fethard on Sea

Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held (3 - 5 minutes) passive floor-based poses. It mainly works the lower part of the body, the lower spine, hips, pelvis, and inner thighs. Benefits include improved flexibility, joint mobility, and helps reduce stress and anxiety.* Great if you have tightness or tension in the body or if you’re an athlete.

Note: This is a no-props yoga class.


SLOW FLOW VINYASA - BEGINNERS & IMPROVERS

WEDNESDAYS 7:15PM - 8:15PM

SUNDAYS 9:30AM - 10:30AM

LOCATION: The Hall, Fethard on Sea

A slow-flow vinyasa class with a variety of movements that will help improve your cardiovascular health, flexibility, balance, and muscular strength. We’ll move through a series of poses holding each one for a few breathes before moving on to the next.


CHAIR YOGA

TUESDAYS 7:00PM - 8:00PM

LOCATION: South West Wexford Family Resource Centre

Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga where you remain seated while engaging in poses aimed at enhancing mobility, flexibility, and mindfulness. It is suitable for individuals seeking to reap the rewards of yoga, regardless of their mobility status. Whether seeking additional support, recuperating from an injury, or desiring a gentler yoga experience, chair yoga offers a therapeutic alternative.
