CLASS DETAILS

SLOW FLOW VINYASA

WEDNESDAYS 7:15PM - 8:15PM

SUNDAYS 9:30AM - 10:30AM

LOCATION: The Hall, Fethard on Sea

A slow-flow vinyasa class with a variety of movements that will help improve your cardiovascular health, flexibility, balance, and muscular strength. We’ll move through a series of poses holding each one for a few breathes before moving on to the next.

These classes run year-round (aside from Christmas).


BEACH YOGA

SATURDAYS 8:30AM

LOCATION: Baginbun Beach, Wexford

Morning beach yoga session on Baginbun Beach running every Saturday morning throughout the summer months. This session is suitable for all levels including beginners. Just register yourself and bring a mat or towel to practice on. All beach yoga classes are subject to the weather. Registration is essential in case of last-minute changes.

The sessions run from May - September (weather dependent).


CHAIR YOGA

TUESDAYS 6:30PM - 7:30PM

LOCATION: South West Wexford Family Resource Centre

Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga where you remain seated while engaging in poses aimed at enhancing mobility, flexibility, and mindfulness. It is suitable for individuals seeking to reap the rewards of yoga, regardless of their mobility status. Whether seeking additional support, recuperating from an injury, or desiring a gentler yoga experience, chair yoga offers a therapeutic alternative.

These classes run all year aside from July & August.


WEEKLY YOGA & COFFEE SOCIAL

LOCATION: Kelly’s Food Yard, Y35 ET86

A beginner friendly slow-flow vinyasa class followed by a coffee and cinnamon roll by Brone Pastry Lab in Wexford town. Bring along your own yoga mat & layer up as it’s a covered but airy space. Come for the movement, stay for the coffee & chats with the loveliest people - a chilled way to start your weekend.

These sessions run throughout the months of March - May and September - November.


YIN YOGA

(PAUSED)

LOCATION: The Hall, Fethard on Sea

Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held (3 - 5 minutes) passive floor-based poses. It mainly works the lower part of the body, the lower spine, hips, pelvis, and inner thighs. Benefits include improved flexibility, joint mobility, and helps reduce stress and anxiety.* Great if you have tightness or tension in the body or if you’re an athlete.

Note: This is a no-props yoga class.
